What You'll Do

• Manage and grow accounts in the Dallas–Fort Worth region , promoting a cutting-edge portfolio of precision measurement instruments

• Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, product demos, and technical consultations tailored to customer needs

• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on specific applications and industry requirements

• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline activity, and forecast sales performance

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, offering product guidance and application support throughout the sales cycle

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, referrals, and market research

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer developments in the region

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Metrology, or similar) preferred; equivalent experience considered

• 3–5 years of capital equipment sales experience, ideally in industrial or technical environments

• Familiarity with analytical instrumentation—experience with XRF, SEM, or metrology tools is a strong plus

• Proven success using structured B2B sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling)

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative, customer-first approach

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a remote territory and multiple accounts

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region, including overnight trips

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
