A fast-growing technology company is seeking its first dedicated Senior Accounting Manager to establish and own the organization's day-to-day accounting operations. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on Senior Accounting Management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and wants to play a critical role in shaping the financial infrastructure of a rapidly scaling business.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Scale Accounting Operations

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Own and continuously improve the monthly close process to deliver timely and accurate financial statements.
• Establish accounting policies and implement internal controls to support sustainable growth.

• Take ownership of software rollout and integrate it with key financial and operational platforms.
• Design efficient workflows that reduce manual processes and enhance scalability.
• Own the chart of accounts and ensure accurate data flow across all systems.

• Manage tax, audit, and compliance activities in partnership with external advisors.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and address technical accounting issues as needed.
• Develop documentation and scalable processes to support future expansion.

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with exposure to high-growth or startup environments.
• Public Accounting experience is REQUIRED.
• CPA designation is a plus.
• Proven experience managing monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Previous experience with NetSuite or a large ERP is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design efficient, scalable workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
