The candidate must possess a full understanding of Family Law, including:

• Dissolution of Marriage
• Child custody issues
• Child and/or spousal support issues

Requirements include:

• Complex legal research experience
• Investigative skills
• Excellent and effective writing ability
• Ability to effectively propound and respond to discovery
• Knowledge and experience to prepare forms and draft pleadings

The candidate must be organized and able to effectively manage their time.
