Olson Law Group, a premier civil litigation defense firm in Woodland Hills, is seeking an experienced *Senior Litigation Attorney* to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to handle complex insurance defense matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Independently manage a caseload involving *auto liability, general liability, and premises liability* defense.
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
* Develop and execute effective defense strategies, providing sound legal advice to clients.
* Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
* Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, carriers, and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with billing guidelines while maintaining high productivity.

*Qualifications:*

* *Juris Doctor (JD) degree* and active *California Bar membership* in good standing.
* *5+ years of civil litigation experience*, with a focus on insurance defense.
* Strong *analytical, legal writing, and courtroom advocacy* skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work independently.
* Strong client communication and case management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
