Overview

Joseph Spierer Architects is seeking a team member with expertise in the creation of excellent Revit sets from Schematic Design through Construction Documents. The candidate should have expertise in finding design solutions that work with the intricate zoning codes of multiple municipalities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited architecture program.
• At least 7-12 years of single-family residential architectural experience.
• Proficiency preferred in Hand Sketching, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Detailing knowledge, ability to independently create a comprehensive Construction Documents set, experience with consultants and building departments.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow complex verbal and written instructions, interact effectively in a team environment, and lead projects if necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Salary

Commensurate with talent, experience, and skill.
