Amergis is Now Hiring B ehavioral Therapists (Applied Behavioral Analysis): 2025 - 2026 School Year
Locations: Hawthorne USD, Compton USD, Torrance USD, and more
Pay: $22 - $25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time or Per Diem, Monday-Friday, during school hours

Your Role:
- Implement 1:1 behavioral support services using ABA principles
- Support students' academic and social goals under the supervision of educational and clinical teams
- Monitor student behavior, assist with goal tracking, and support IEP teams
- Foster a consistent and respectful learning environment
- Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR and TB clearance required (we'll assist with onboarding)
- Must meet all state, federal, and district requirements
