As a Senior Product Manager at SimSpace, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity training. The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and driving the product strategy and roadmap for our individual training offerings. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, training content development, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure our products meet market needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product roadmap for the SimSpace individual training and content development applications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business and customer impact
Product Development
- Work closely with engineering, content development and design teams to develop and deliver high-quality products
- Create and manage initiative and epic level requirements and assist in story development needed for engineering teams to deliver to your acceptance criteria
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on product goals and priorities
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
Customer Focus
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Work with customer support and sales teams to understand customer needs and pain points
- Ensure the product delivers a compelling user experience and meets customer expectations
Performance & Metrics
- Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Use data-driven insights to iterate and enhance the product
What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Senior Product Manager, you need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management on B2B products with a proven track record of delivering successful products, preferably in the education, training and cyber security industries
- A strong understanding of the cyber security training or EdTech markets and common approaches
- Experience working with contractors to supplement development resources

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Relevant scrum certifications such as product owner and scrum master a bonus
