As the Product Engineering Lead at Bezel, youll be working alongside other passionate individuals to apply cutting-edge solutions in developing modern and polished applications. Together, the products we build will change the way the world shops for watches.

We are open to candidates at varying levels of seniority, and the exact title and scope will be tailored to match the experience and expertise of the selected individual.

The role will report directly to our CTO and be based out of our LA office.

What You'll Do

• Lead Product Engineering Teams: Oversee the iOS and web engineering teams, ensuring high-quality design, implementation, and release practices across all platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to translate business goals into actionable engineering plans.
• Drive Roadmap Execution: Strategically plan and execute projects to deliver new features and platform improvements on time and within scope.
• Be Hands-On: Actively participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, and be willing to jump into the weeds to write code for complex features or critical issues.
• Mentor and Develop: Guide team members in technical and professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Promote Best Practices: Advocate for and implement modern engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and performance monitoring.
