We're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to be a cornerstone of our operations, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion. You will have full P&L accountability and the autonomy to lead your team, drive project strategy, and ensure we exceed our clients' expectations. This is more than a management role; it's a chance to shape our success and build lasting client partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Lead with Vision: Take full ownership of projects valued at $1M to $12M, ensuring they are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strategize & Execute: Develop comprehensive project plans, oversee all aspects of design and construction, and actively manage costs and risks. You'll be the ultimate decision-maker on project direction.
- Drive Profitability: Identify and implement innovative value engineering and procurement strategies to maximize project margins. Your expertise will directly impact the bottom line.
- Build Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, navigating complex relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to deliver results will drive repeat business.
- Mentor a High-Performing Team: Guide and develop a dedicated team, including an Assistant Project Manager, Engineer, and Superintendent, helping them grow and achieve their full potential.
- Ensure Safety Excellence: Maintain our unwavering commitment to EHS standards, ensuring every project site is a safe environment.
We're looking for a hands-on leader with a proven track record of success.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Superintendent within a specialist building envelope subcontractor.
- A deep understanding of the construction industry, including safety regulations, contract law, and project financials.
- Expertise in project planning software (e.g., MS Project).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- A natural knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to managing complex project scopes and client expectations.
- Competitive Salary: $125,000 - $150,000, based on experience.
