About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Administration to lead the transformation and optimization of administrative services across its global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative functions, including document production, mail management, reception, and hospitality, with a focus on enhancing service standards and promoting a shared experience across all locations. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving large-scale transformation, deep knowledge of modern service delivery models, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. The MD will also be involved in real estate and facilities management, working closely with the Real Estate & Facilities team to ensure first-class office spaces and seamless partnership during office relocations and redesigns.
Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 7 years' of experience at a senior leadership level in administrative services, facilities, or operations, preferably within a professional or financial services environment. A strong background in right-sourcing, financial acumen, and expertise in process optimization is essential. The role demands exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
