MV Transportation is seeking a Project Manager who will provide support, leadership and direction to paratransit operating location to ensure delivery of annual business plans. He/she will control the daily operation of our transportation contract, in compliance with the policies of the contracting agency and in conformance with company procedures. Job Responsibilities: Effectively manage customer relations through both direct contact and outreach programs. Responsible for the daily oversight and supervision of all operations. Ensure that the system meets the client's standards for safety, reliability, and customer service and shall be responsible for coordinating with the client on all significant service or operational issues. Evaluate driver training curriculum and service delivery performance at least semi-annually and make recommendations for updates based on regulatory changes, best practices, and observed trends.
