ABOUT YOU Working closely with the partners and pursuit teams, you will play a key role in ensuring FF&P's continued success via our seller-doer-oriented Marketing, Business Development, and PR efforts. You will proactively, effectively, and independently coordinate all tasks related to the RFQ/P process. In addition to producing and compiling content, you will organize the execution of deliverables by all pursuit team members, including external collaborators. You will also help develop the strategy guiding our pursuits and other marketing-related initiatives, maintaining alignment with FF&P's mission, design sensibility and philosophy of practice. Our Senior Marketing Coordinator should have experience-driven insight into the AEC industry, be organized and self-motivated, and have a knack for strategic thinking and storytelling. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing (RFQ/P Pursuits is your primary responsibility) Coordinate and participate in the Go/No-Go process. This involves working with the partners to evaluate a project's scope and client for relevance and viability with regard to the firm's brand, experience, capabilities, and objectives Once a pursuit is a Go, help develop a preliminary outline of the story we want to tell Execute first-draft versions of written and visual collateral, and assist with editing and formatting content produced by others. These efforts should reflect established strategic thinking about each pursuit Manage the coordination and execution by all team members of pursuit-related content Business Development Oversee maintenance of FF&P's CRM and content management systems Monitor information sources related to FF&P's target market sectors and clients, as well as general news within the AEC industry Cultivate relationships with your professional peers. Maintain and expand FF&P's relationships with existing and potential new pursuit/marketing collaborators PR Lead production of collateral materials, public relations and advertising programs, office identity implementation, special events, newsletters, mailings, etc. Manage and help maintain FF&P's online presence, including social media, website, and LinkedIn Produce and/or help others create graphics for speaking engagements, industry events, presentations, etc. Coordinate awards competition entries; ensure compliance with award requirements Administration Organize and lead weekly meetings with the partners, as well as quarterly meetings to address ongoing Marketing/BD/PR initiatives Participate in creating/maintaining and tracking FF&P's marketing plan and budget Assist in identifying metrics to track strategic initiatives and marketing success. Present findings to leadership Facilitate sharing information about Marketing/BD/PR efforts within the firm. Communicate with our design staff about project progress as it relates to furthering these efforts QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Communications, Journalism, Business or Marketing. CPSM certification (or pursuit of certification) a plus 4-6 years of experience in a similar role in an architecture, engineering, construction or design firm Excellent communications (writing, speaking, editorial), graphics, and project management skills. Strong research a plus Strong organization and time management skills. Assertiveness and diplomacy regarding coordination of others' efforts Software: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), CRM systems.
