Overview

Join the Out West Restaurant Group as a Server. Youll provide memorable service and help deliver an AUS-SOME dining experience to guests.

Responsibilities

• 1 year minimum experience as a Server.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to the customers preferences to exceed expectations.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menus; make recommendations and upsell.
• Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments; check orders for accuracy and review with guest prior to handoff.
• Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and seeking opportunities to WOW customers. Embrace teamwork.
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
• For California-based positions: Required Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
