As the Director of Quality, you will collaborate with management and program staff to develop, implement, monitor, and continually improve quality management functions across the agency. You will also ensure that providers document services according to the standards and requirements of various regulatory boards. Primary Duties Quality Assurance and Improvement Provides oversight of all activities managed within the Quality Division. Ensures that employees throughout the Agency are trained in administration and application of documentation standards. Designs training in support of staff and process improvement activities and oversees the ongoing development and implementation of staff training in documentation standards and improvements.
