Job Title: General Manager - Restoration Industry

Salary: Base compensation, commensurate with experience + bonus potential based on performance

On behalf of our client, a well-established restoration company, we are seeking a highly qualified General Manager with a strong background in a Restoration with a deep understanding of driving EBITDA growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced leader to manage daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a talented team within a growing restoration business.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing teams, streamlining operations, and maximizing financial performance. Restoration and carpet cleaning experience is required. Key Responsibilities:

-Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Financial Leadership: Drive EBITDA performance through smart financial management, cost control, and improving operational efficiency.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service.

- Customer Relations: Foster and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Growth Strategy: Work closely with business development and sales teams to identify new opportunities and expand revenue streams.

- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategies to achieve company goals and improve market positioning.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure company compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards, prioritizing a safe working environment.

- Performance Metrics: Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the company is on track to meet operational and financial targets.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of management experience in a service-related industry (restoration, construction, facilities management, etc.)

- Proven ability to drive EBITDA and profitability in a service-oriented business

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and multi-departmental operations

- Excellent client management and communication skills

- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Experience in the restoration or construction sector is a plus, but not required, but Restoration Experience is highly desirable

Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred

- Additional certifications in project management, operations, or relevant areas are an advantage
