The Sr. Controller is a business partner to the General Manager and plans and directs all aspects of the organization's financial policies, target objectives and initiatives. The Sr. Controller is responsible for the attainment of short and long-term financial and operational goals and directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth. The Sr. Controller performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Essential Functions:Lead financial teams to obtain goals and meet deadlines while managing continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise accounting personnel including cross training of key personnel in general ledger, cost accounting, accounts receivable, Capital planning and Financial Planning & Analysis responsibilities. Coordinate monthly closing with other departments and address comments and questions from the Executive Leadership team.
