We are seeking a Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer (Weld Process Engineer) to join our team in Canoga Park, CA, 2nd shift. This individual develops, implements and analyzes manufacturing engineering plans and projects and communicates them to internal and external customers. Defines and transfers manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems. Develops manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes. Develop weld schedules and oversee welds on RS 25 rocket engines, THAAD vehicles and other advanced programs. The position is also responsible for developing complex weld sequences using machine language on PTR and Sciaky Electron Beam Weld Machines. Additionally, the individual will also be tasked with support GTA welding operations including but not limited to orbital and manual weld.
