The Assistant Director, Performance Management will provide strategic leadership for Branch II within the Department of Human Resources, supporting County departments in promoting accountability, equity, and operational consistency. This role oversees key functions that shape Countywide HR practices, including policy development, employee performance management, workplace investigations, civil service advocacy, mediation, and appeals.
