The Director / Senior Director, Acquisitions role will be responsible for sourcing and executing multifamily acquisition opportunities in the western U.S. This person will be involved in all aspects of investment activity, including underwriting and financial modeling, deal structuring with joint venture partners, coordinating due diligence, coordinating debt financing, and shepherding deals through internal review and the Investment Committee approval process. Responsibilities Managing acquisition process from deal sourcing through closing. Interfacing with the brokerage community and principals directly to source multifamily investment opportunities. Leading underwriting and recommending acquisition targets after researching properties, rent and sale comps, submarkets, demographics, physical characteristics and other pertinent information.
