Set up, pre-run, and perform quality checks on equipment to ensure proper production startup. Operate and control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment as needed. Perform light maintenance and preventative maintenance on equipment; assist maintenance team with repairs and service tasks. Complete all required documentation, including downtime logs and HACCP forms, using SAP and in accordance with SOPs and safety training. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production lines and equipment as needed for sanitation and maintenance. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 3 years of related experience. Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications.
