Director, Go-To-Market, UCANZ at Crunchyroll. We are seeking a strategic, growth-minded leader to drive expansion across UCANZ (US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand). This high-impact role reports to the VP of GTM & Partner Marketing UCANZ and shapes and executes go-to-market strategies that drive subscriber and revenue growth across the region.
Founded by fans, Crunchyroll delivers the art and culture of anime to a passionate community. We super-serve over 100 million anime and manga fans across 200+ countries and territories, and help them connect with the stories and characters they crave. Whether online or in-person, streaming video, theatrical, games, merchandise, events and more, it's powered by the anime content we all love.
As the Director of Go-To-Market, UCANZ, you are analytical, collaborative, and tuned in to the region's media, business, and cultural landscape. You will be a trusted advisor to leadership and lead a focused team working to expand our reach and grow our fan base across UCANZ.
We are considering applicants who are available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite at our Los Angeles office.
Crunchyroll's expansion is fueled by both domestic and growing international efforts. The GTM & Planning team collaborates with US-based leadership and regional teams to develop go-to-market and partnership marketing plans that increase growth across Crunchyroll's owned and operated platforms and high-profile third-party distribution partners. Our mission is to delight anime fans worldwide, expand our footprint, boost brand awareness, and make Crunchyroll synonymous with anime everywhere. The GTM & Planning team is a key part of the Growth & Planning performance marketing organization.
Pay range: $154,000—$192,000 USD. Actual pay will vary based on location, experience, and performance.
