Overview

Summary: Seasoned Quality leader with experience in developing, implementing, modifying, and continuously improving Quality processes. Demonstrated experience with focus on improving product quality and customer experience. Demonstrated and hands on experience with ISO9001, document control, and change management is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Must be hands-on, detail oriented, and involved in daily activities driving improvement.
  • Skilled communicator with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers as needed.
  • Skilled problem-solving skills utilizing data to drive continuous improvement activities in process quality, cost reduction, and customer experience.
  • Evaluate and drive improvements in ISO system and practices.
  • Strong analytical and statistical acumen to solve problems and drive improvement.
  • Relentlessly drive corrective and preventive actions with a sense of urgency.
  • Develop a team passionate about quality that works cross-functionally to improve all aspects of product Quality and Quality system optimizing productivity.
  • A positive contributor and a change agent.
  • Own all aspects of Quality including process and systems.
  • Develop and drive training programs to improve Quality practices across the company.
  • Experience managing calibration program both in-house and outsourced model.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent with more than 5 years of hands-on experience in a key Quality management position.
  • More than 5 years of Quality management in a technical industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of product such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and other business applications.
  • Skilled in effectively presenting to a large group of employees or customers.
  • Managing multiple direct reports with a passion for talent development.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is extremely valued.
  • ISO9001 Auditor Certification.
  • Experience with other standards is a plus.
  • The base pay range for this role is between $100,000 and $125,000 and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location, along with budgeted range of position.
