Los Angeles | LAX Experience Required | PMP Preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Lead stakeholder engagement across major infrastructure and community projects
• Take over and expand existing stakeholder scopes
• Manage and mentor our internal team, providing direction, accountability, and growth support
• Oversee collaboration, communications, and coordination across projects
• Represent Make Good Company in client, agency, contractor, and community meetings
• Navigate complex environments (airports, public agencies, contractors) with professionalism
• Be a pleasure to be around — energy and presence matter

What You Bring

• Leadership or management experience overseeing teams
• Experience directing or managing public agency, infrastructure, or transportation projects
• Required: Experience working on projects at LAX
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent communication, follow-through, and judgment
• PMP preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Hungry to lead, build, and grow
