Schedule: Schedule will be day shift, various start times until finished. Business dictates schedule.

Pay rate: $18-$20/hr. DOQ

Position Overview

The Repack Team Member plays a key role in product handling, cleanliness, and food safety compliance across our facility. Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor or General Manager this position ensures that product is repacked per customer specifications and that the facility is maintained in a sanitary and orderly condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Repack produce items to meet specific customer requirements for count and quality.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and sanitation schedules.
• Sanitize and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, offices, and other facility areas using germicidal cleaning agents.
• Manage trash disposal and disinfect garbage containers daily.
• Refill paper towels, soap, toilet tissue, and sanitizing supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns such as leaks, supply shortages, or pest presence to supervisor.
• Participate in safety and emergency drills as assigned.
• Maintain food safety records and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and regulations.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed and assist in achieving departmental goals.
• Wear protective equipment (e.g., gloves) as required by OSHA and company policies.

Working Conditions

Cold storage and warehouse environment; extended periods of standing, walking, and cleaning. Must be comfortable working in refrigerated conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, janitorial, or food repackaging experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to attend food safety and company training sessions.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
