Sr. Operations Program Manager, Ring Supply Chain & Operations

The Ring Product Operations team is looking for an individual who wants to work on a business that is growing at a rapid pace. We are a critical part of the hardware development and product launch process. We ensure successful fulfillment for product launches and ongoing support, grow the capabilities of our current systems and supply chain to meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company.

Overview

As a Senior Operations Program Manager (OPM) for Ring, you are the focal representative of everything Operations and Supply Chain related. You will orchestrate plans and drive solutions for Ring business teams in productization.

Responsibilities

• Be the Single Threaded Owner (STO) for all aspects of Operational readiness of the program.
• Set forward-looking direction and influence strategies related to product development. Create, launch, and optimize operational efficiencies in NPI operations.
• Engage with and work across multiple functions within operations, engineering, and other applicable areas across the Devices and Services organization.
• Balance a mix of strategic, program-level, and operational responsibilities in support of Ring's Product Operations Organization.
• Have experience delivering NPI programs in a product operations/manufacturing lead role for Consumer Electronics or similar devices.
• Define and guide decisions on the type of Variable Engagement Module (VEM), appropriate for the specific product, customer need, and launch schedule.
• Coordinate information flow and lead cross-functional teams in support of manufacturing and operations.
• Provide product costs and other costs associated with operations and supply chain to support product development.
• Drive alignment of processes and initiatives throughout the Product Operations organization.
• Incorporate industry best practices into Product Operations and drive cross-functional lessons learned.

About The Team

The Sr. OPM reports into the Product Operations Organization. It is a global product-focused organization responsible for coordinating program-specific activities related to cost, supply chain, and manufacturing across different functional areas with the objective of creating products that make neighborhoods safer.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
