A large South Bay consumer products company is hiring a Senior Finance Manager in a newly created position as the company continues to grow. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for managing 2 people, transforming their supply chain, heavy analysis, partnering with different departments, analyze sourcing initiatives and opportunities for savings, managing new factory set up and transformation, looking at value drivers for supply chain sourcing, and assisting with compliance. To be successful in this role, the Senior Finance Manager must be analytical, have great communication skills, and be able to work in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• 7+ years of finance experience
• MUST have supply chain finance experience
• Advanced Excel
• MUST have supervisory and people management experience

Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee inventory reconciliation through the various company ERPs and softwares
• Review inventory adjustments and ensure internal control compliance
• Monitor slow moving and obsolete inventory
• PPV and consumption analysis
• Budget vs actuals costing analysis by SKU and look for savings opportunities
• Transfer price reconciliation and reporting of allocation costs
• Gross margin variance analysis
• Assist with sourcing optimization, cost reduction, savings, and process improvement initiatives
