Position Overview
We're looking for a Head of Production to lead Saylor's production function.
This role will oversee all aspects of content and campaign production, ensuring seamless execution from concept through delivery. You'll manage and mentor a team of Producers and our Post-Production team, building the structure, processes, and culture that enable high-quality, efficient, and innovative production across the agency.
The Head of Production will partner closely with account, creative, and strategy leads, balancing creative ambition with operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven ability to scale production functions.
Location & Salary
This is a full-time, exempt role with a salary of $160,000-$200,000, depending on experience based in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role, working out of our office in Echo Park.
