Your Role

Director of Ecommerce to develop and carry out strategic online development plans for Pixi and POP brands. You will be responsible for the digital maintenance and development of our properties and will advance our digital presence during the next growth phase.

Responsibilities

• All Pixi and POP online properties' maintenance and development.
• Site management regarding product updates, creative assets, press, and store locations.
• Inventory management to ensure inventory levels are healthy; orders, sales and deliveries are controlled.
• Managing overall web development to enhance the customer journey.
• Ensuring content is consistent, updated and accurate.
• Reviewing online analytics to recommend website improvements.
• Leading A/B testing to ensure top performing content.
• Partaking in quality assurance and quality control measures.
• Leading on-site promotions, from asset creation to managing coupon codes (dynamic and static).
• Staying up to date with the latest technology and trends in the digital environment.
• Collaborating with the Marketing Department to align content with the latest strategy.
• Analyzing data and creating reports and presentations for Senior Management when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with web development or digital management.
• Experience with Ecommerce backend systems (Shopify a Plus).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting systems.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other internal software.
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and flexibility to changing conditions.
• Experience in and passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
