Mandatory Requirements

• Onsite only: Must be able to commute to the office full time; no remote work.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field (BS required).

• Experience: 10+ years total in construction with roles such as Estimator, Project Engineer, and/or Project Manager.

• Tenure/Job stability: At least one 3+ year tenure with a single employer within the past 10 years (we will not consider frequent job changes).

• Government work: Direct experience working for government/federal contractors; please provide a project list (agency, contract type, project value, role, dates).

• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with eCMS and Procore.

• Graduation year ideally 1995–2015 (experience band alignment).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 DOE.
