Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Targets and Revenue: Commit to P+L oversight and management, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Guest Experience Oversight: Own overall guest experience, ensuring location brand standards are maintained and a positive NPS score aligned with company standards.
- Team Leadership and Development: Oversee hiring, training, and development of all staff, coach leadership teams and medSPA team focus, manage operational people aspects of medSPA teammates and partner with medSPA Medical Director, grow medSPA revenue, manage inventory within budget, lead concierge team toward on‑brand guest experiences and achieve sales, rebooking, and membership targets.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, address employee concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Marketing and Brand Strategies: Drive local and community marketing strategies, collaborate with community partners, and utilize social media to promote spa + medSPA services.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all spa operations run smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Talent Management: Oversee hiring, onboarding, succession planning, promote engagement and retention, partner with stakeholders to meet hiring targets, and develop strategies to retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of overseeing a team of 50+ people.
- Previous experience with P+L management, owning and increasing revenue, and driving guest experience with luxury brands.
- Self‑starter and autonomous, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comprehensive understanding of essential systems and programs for leadership.
- Availability to respond to protocol and system questions from the leadership team.
- Calm and clear response in high‑pressure situations.

Compensation
$85,000-$100,000 annually
