Office & Property Manager

Arcadia, CA (Onsite) Full‑time Exempt

Base pay $70,000/yr (DOE). Travel 30% across the United States. All travel expenses covered.

iKrusher is a leading brand in vape technology hardware, operating as a Multi‑State Operator (MSO) with distribution centers across California, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, Texas, and Washington. About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Property Manager to support the CEO while overseeing key property and facility management functions. This hybrid role will involve managing executive tasks, overseeing company projects, maintaining office operations, and ensuring facilities across multiple locations are well‑maintained and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO to manage and track assignments, projects, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements, and key external communications.
  • Coordinate with executive teams to oversee the setup of new office and warehouse locations.
  • Manage and resolve facility‑related issues, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Work with contractors, vendors, and service providers for property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations at each property.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, vendor agreements, and lease management.
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules to prevent disruptions.
  • Handle property‑related budgeting, cost estimates, and vendor negotiations.
  • Manage relationships with property managers, insurance carriers, and outside counsel to ensure compliance and appropriate coverage.
  • Respond to emergency facility issues and coordinate timely repairs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, property coordination, or facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance, repairs, and contractor management.
  • Experience working with property/building insurance carriers.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse/property legalities across multiple states.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and property management software a plus.
  • Experience working with commercial real estate firms and outside counsel a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication abilities for internal and external coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
  • Available to work weekends as needed.
