$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Our Client is a global entertainment studio headquartered in Los Angeles, with additional offices in Paris, London, Miami, Mexico City, São Paulo, Madrid, and Dubai.

They are seeking a Sr. Manager, Social Media, and they will play a critical role in developing and executing global social strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive fan engagement, and support consumer product and content initiatives across multiple regions.

With a worldwide social footprint exceeding 50 million fans, the company is expanding its marketing organization to continue building its hit animated IP into a global franchise universe.

Location: Hollywood, CA

Reports To: SVP, Marketing & Franchise

Work Environment: Hybrid (3–4 days in office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver global social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Partner with content, consumer products, creative, and licensing teams to drive cohesive campaign execution.
  • Oversee editorial calendars and manage day-to-day social media planning across key markets.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content across platforms—including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X—that brings beloved characters and stories to life.
  • Write, review, and approve copy and creative for organic posts, paid advertising, and influencer activations.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage influencer relationships and collaborations to strengthen community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with international digital teams to align global and regional strategies.
  • Serve as a social media subject‑matter expert, staying ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Present performance updates, campaign recaps, and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications.
  • Proven success developing and executing large‑scale social campaigns that drive measurable impact.
  • Deep expertise in social platforms, analytics tools, and content optimization.
  • Experience with Sprout, Notion, or similar workflow tools.
  • Skilled at balancing creative vision, storytelling, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills across time zones.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a global mindset.
