We're hiring:

• Experienced Caregivers
• Med Techs

Caregivers:

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living needs — bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Support residents' independence and dignity in a safe, caring environment.
• Help with activities, housekeeping, and social programs.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to assist residents with physical tasks.
• Must pass background screening and maintain current first aid certification.

Medication Techs

What You'll Do:

• Safely prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior.
• Ensure medication carts and areas remain clean, organized, and secure.
• Support caregivers and assist with resident care when needed.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of state-required medication training.
• 1+ year of experience administering medications (senior living experience preferred).
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Must pass background check and maintain current first aid certification.
