Orange Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals to join our volunteer team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of hospice patients and their families. As a Companionship Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to visit hospice patients in their homes/places of residence to provide vital respite for caregivers while offering companionship and support to those facing end-of-life journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Companionship: Spend quality time with hospice patients in their homes/places of residence, offering companionship and a supportive presence.
2. Respite for Caregivers: Provide temporary relief for caregivers, allowing them to take a break and attend to personal needs.
3. Emotional Support: Offer a listening ear and a caring heart to patients and their families during challenging times.
