Caring Transitions of Marina Del Rey is dedicated to providing compassionate and efficient moving and downsizing services to seniors in our community. We pride ourselves on our commitment to care, respect, and exceptional service.

We are seeking detail-oriented and compassionate Packers to join our team. In this role, you will assist seniors with packing and organizing their belongings during downsizing or moving processes. This is a part-time, hourly position with a flexible schedule based on client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with packing and organizing belongings for seniors who are downsizing or moving.
• Handle all items with care and respect.
• Work closely with seniors to help them sort through their possessions.
• Provide support and comfort to seniors during the moving process.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to handle fragile items with care.
• Previous experience in packing, organizing, or working with seniors is a plus.
