Position: Customer Service Associate (Medical Device)

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm or 5am-1:30pm

Pay: $25-$30 per hour

Overview:
• Eloquently communicate over the phone, while receiving high volumes of incoming calls for orders, inquires, and payments
• Lead with a strategic approach while immersed in the detail, and maintain an awareness of the bigger picture such as inventory levels, shipping timelines, and customer priorities
• Proactively maintain company database in Customer Relationship Management and ERP software system
• Collaborate throughout the company including Sales, Accounting, Inventory Management, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Shipping, etc.
• Function as a back up for international order processing
• Assist in completing company projects

Skills/Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in an in-office customer service role.
• Strong organizational skills, comfortable with managing multiple tasks through prioritization.
• Able to fluidly communicate as the corporate voice to build strong partnerships with the medical community, primarily through telephone & email communication.
• Able to interact with customers and sales representatives to address delicate situations in a professional manner.
• Able to understand and elaborate on our product line.

Nice to Have Skills:
Previous medical device/life science organization exposure preferred.
