- Provide unparalleled service internally and externally
- Responsible for material movement within warehouse and system updates
- Prepare shipments for transport
- Load and unload trucks
- Follow all safety procedures
- Process RMA (Return Material Authorization) paperwork
- Assist with office administration paperwork and order e-mails
- Schedule pickups and delivers as needed and generate shipment documents needed for transfer
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail and customer service oriented
- Barcode experience preferred
- Logistics software experience preferred
