Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled associate or counsel to join our growing practice focused on Employment & Labor law. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in California employment litigation, advice, and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and dispositive motions.
• Represent clients in court appearances and arbitration.
• Draft and respond to discovery, including meet-and-confer letters.
• Defend wage & hour and PAGA claims (individual and class action).
• Respond to government investigations and inquiries.
• Draft and review employment agreements, severance agreements, policies, and Employee Handbooks.
