Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement roadshow marketing programs to maximize brand awareness and product trial.
  • Expand activations across California, starting in the Los Angeles region.
  • Identify and secure new retail partnerships and event opportunities.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, inventory management, and compliance with retailer/vendor requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Brand Ambassadors across multiple locations.
  • Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
  • Maintain a motivated and high-performing team through coaching, performance tracking, and incentive programs.
  • Set and track roadshow sales targets, including conversion rates, revenue per event, and customer interactions.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to refine roadshow strategies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership teams.
  • Work with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation for roadshows and retail events.
  • Manage order processing and fulfillment for mainstream and retail channel sales.
  • Oversee logistics planning, including transportation scheduling and storage coordination.
  • Optimize event budgets while maintaining cost-efficient sampling and promotional operations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, retail activation, event marketing, or brand management, preferably in the food & beverage or CPG industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven success in managing multi-location brand activations and leading teams.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience securing retail and event partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and logistics planning skills, with experience in event operations and inventory management.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to travel across California as needed.
  • Schedule: Weekends as needed
