We are seeking a Telecom Support Engineer/Analyst to join our team supporting a large enterprise hospital system. This role focuses on providing exceptional end-user support for voice and telecom services, ensuring reliable communication across the organization. You will manage service tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams.

• Respond to and resolve telecom-related service requests and incidents
• Escalate complex issues to engineering teams or vendors and track resolution progress
• Document all activities in the IT Service Management system accurately and promptly
• Assist with end-user tickets
• Ensure compliance with hospital communication policies and HIPAA regulations

• 5+ years of experience in the delivery of telecommunications services
• HS diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with Cisco environments
• Experience with Genesys
• Enterprise ticketing experience
