Your New Role
Provides administrative support to Senior Vice President and Partnership Department at large
Your Role Responsibilities
- Directly reports to and supports Senior Vice President on all administrative needs including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, planning travel, managing expenses.
- Supports Partnership Department at large setting department meetings - managing agendas, materials needed and meeting rooms; Sets story walk-thrus
- Arranges conference rooms, food and beverage, and security passes for partner meetings to be held at Warner Bros. offices/lot.
- Manages department database/sharepoint - ensuring it stays organized and updated
- Processes invoices, updates and reconciles bi-weekly budget report, sets up POs, PCard reconciliation, etc.
- Supports agencies of records with meetings, drive-ons, invoicing and misc needs
- Maintains and updates shared database for external contacts such as promotional partners, filmmakers, talent management teams and vendors.
- Performs research as needed of the partnership landscape discovering new brands, researching what makes prospects tick, co-allating competitive partnerships; Coordinates and participates in brainstorms
- Supports organization of Trade Shows & Partner Summits as needed
- Coordinates team building activities and entertainment
Qualifications & Experience - College degree required
- True team player and collaborator
- Must be able to communicate effectively and interact tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person and on video/telephone calls
- Must be able to prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, etc. for management
- Must maintain current and accurate records, files, etc.
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
- Must have ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be proactive and be able to work with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
- Must have specific knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Acrobat and Social Media
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $52,503.00 - $97,506.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
