Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Torrance CA
Duration: 0 – 6 Months
Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $21.60/Hour
Job Duties:
1. Duties may include maintaining ongoing relationships with existing accounts
2. Providing support for the senior account executive, analyzing and resolving problems for customers, assisting in studies to determine customer incentives and developing and preparing proposals for customer leads for account executives.
3. Additional duties may include distributing mail, filing, faxing, duplicating, processing forms, typing, preparing reports and auditing documents.
Qualifications (Implied/Required Skills):
1. Strong customer service and relationship management skills
2. Ability to support and collaborate with senior team members
3. Problem-solving and analytical abilities
4. Understanding of customer incentive programs
5. Experience in preparing proposals and professional documents
6. Proficiency in general office tasks (mail distribution, filing, faxing, duplicating)
7. Strong attention to detail in document processing and auditing
