Job Description

• Helping applicants fill out their employment application
• Answering phone calls
• Recruiting temporary employees
• Data entry
• Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting
• Call existing customers to generate repeat sales
• Assist with dispatch by preparing work ticket, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location
• Drive temporary workers and from job sites as needed (mileage compensated)
• Assist in processing payroll

Job Requirements

• Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
• Must be able to work under pressure and in a high pace environment
• Individual must have strong communication/client relationship building skills, and excellent phone personality
• Be professional under tough circumstances
• Polite and friendly
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Valid drivers license
• Fully vaccinated
• Must be able to pass the background check and drug screening

Additional Information

North Hollywood CA 91606

Full Time 9:30 am- 6:00 pm

Monday through Saturday (alternating every other Saturday shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm)

Pay Rate $18.00 an hour

Pay Range $18-$85
