Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL CONQUER

Engage with a wide range of business teams and legal disciplines, including corporate development, real estate, sales, operations, marketing, intellectual property and sports.

Learn the ins and outs of contract structuring, drafting and negotiation with hands-on mentorship.

Level up your skill set by conducting legal research and tackling administrative tasks to help fuel departmental efficiency and turbocharge business strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Currently enrolled as a 1L or 2L at any ABA-accredited law school-just make sure you're ready to live it up in LA for the summer (Note: you'll need to find your own residence for your summer in LA-we do not provide travel/housing accommodations for this role).

Sharp analytical, writing and communication skills.

Experience working in a professional setting.

You thrive in the fast lane and can juggle tasks like a pro.

Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

You are a collaborator who plays well with others and likes to have fun along the way.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The pay range for this position is $37.40 - $41.40/hr. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
