🔑 What You'll Do

* Keep the wheels turning by assigning and dispatching drivers to daily routes
* Communicate with drivers (in Spanish + English) to give updates and special instructions
* Monitor progress through dispatch systems and GPS, stepping in to troubleshoot issues
* Partner with customer service, billing, and safety teams to keep operations seamless
* Maintain accurate records of driver logs, schedules, and reports

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

* 1-2 years of dispatching or transportation/logistics coordination experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access a plus)
* Spanish fluency required (majority of drivers are Spanish-speaking)
* Strong multitasker who can stay cool under pressure and problem-solve quickly
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
