Job Description:

Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff

Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Assist clients with daily living activities

Meal Planning and Preparation

Light Housekeeping and Laundry; Light Housekeeping and Laundry

Ambulation and Transferring Assistance; Driving to Appointments and shopping

Bathing and Dressing Assistance

Job Requirements

At least 6-months of professional care-giving experience preferred (Either in a facility or in a home care setting)

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

High school diploma or GED

Completed TB Test within last 2 years Preferred (If you do not have one you can get one upon hire)

HCA license with the State of CA Preferred
