Grill Cook Position

We are looking for an experienced and professional grill cook for our fine dining restaurant. Candidates should be experienced with live fire grilling over charcoal. Must have high volume, all scratch cooking experience. Pay is around $25/hour.

Grill Cook Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a grill cook for a high-volume, fine dining steakhouse
• 3+ years of line cooking experience
• Positive attitude and personable guest-facing demeanor
• Experience with all scratch cooking
• Culinary degree preferred

Grill Cook Responsibilities:

• Attend to the grill, including firing, stoking, grilling, and cleaning
• Interact with guests and servers in a professional manner
• Prepare and stock the station with mise en place
• Maintain a clean and hygienic station according to health regulations
• Normal hours are 3pm - 11:30pm
• Other duties as assigned
