Our leading client in consumer product industry is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager. You will oversee a range of accounting activities, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits. Job Description:

• Manage the monthly financial close process, including accurate recording of costs, reviewing journal entries, reconciling account balances, and preparing reports.
  
• Contribute to the development and establishment of accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies, including process and system enhancements.
  
• Collaborate with external auditors to achieve successful audit outcomes.
  
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to produce timely, accurate month-end and internal management reports.
  
• Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses.
  
• Summarize financial statement variances relative to budget.
  
• Actively review and advise on financial and accounting processes.
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  

• In-depth understanding of US GAAP.
  
• Experience working in a multinational corporation.
  
• Proficiency in general ledger functions.
  
• Ability to execute deadline-driven processes in a dynamic environment.
  

• 8+ years of experience in the apparel, e-commerce, or related industry (public/private).
  
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field.
