Patient Care Coordinator
Location: West LA
Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Salary: $18/hr - $20/hr

Job Description: The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, answering calls, greeting patients, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and a team player. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required-candidates from customer-facing industries such as food and beverage are encouraged to apply. Spanish fluency is required.

Highlights:
* Answer incoming calls and greet patients in a professional, friendly manner.
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
* Perform administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and maintaining office inventory.
* Submit health insurance claims to various health plans and verify patient information.
* Support clinical staff with patient flow and record-keeping.
* Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
o Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
o Healthcare or office experience (not required).
