Expectations: The Customer Service Liaison is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to all guests and staff entering or present in the facility. The role supports the facility's goals to deliver quality patient care and ensure patient/staff satisfaction. The position requires proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to follow through on guests requests. It often involves a fast-paced environment, demanding excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. College-level business education is preferred.
Experience/Training: A minimum of two years of customer service experience in retail, hotel, or spa environments, including cash handling and reconciliation, is required. Two years of professional experience is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills; proficiency in product/service knowledge; responsiveness to client/vendor needs; and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The candidate should be customer service-driven, with strong time management and multitasking abilities, capable of handling interruptions while maintaining quality work. Self-empowered and proactive in completing daily tasks.
